SECURITY OF PAYMENTS

Payment for Daily Rent

Please note that the booking fee, encompassing both the deposit and room fee, is non-refundable in cases where guests are unable to complete the check-in process due to personal reasons.

Examples of personal reasons include:
1. Guests are unable to present a valid form of identification.
2. Guests are unable to arrive on their scheduled check-in date.
3. Guests are dissatisfied with the accommodations after two alternative options have been provided.
4. Guests are under 18 years old.

Payment for Monthly Rent

Steps for booking:

1. Please send me your passport in scanned file.
2. ⁠we fulfill the booking form and send it to you based on your passport data and your selected type of room and floor.
3. ⁠you print it out and sign.
4. ⁠send it back to us in scanned file
5. ⁠you process the booking fee with 200 USD.
6. ⁠when you arrive, you pay the rest amount after step 5 is done. (Your paid 200 USD is counted as part of your deposit )

MAINTENANCE

What if power is out in PART of my apartment?

If power is out in part of your apartment, this usually means your breaker has tripped. To reset the breaker, locate the breaker panel. All breakers should be in the ‘ON’ position. If you have a breaker in the ‘OFF’ position, switch it on.

How often should I replace my AC Filter?

We suggest replacing it every 30 days. AC Filters can be picked up in the leasing office at no charge.

Where should I throw my garbage?

All garbage MUST be thrown into the trash bin, which is located at the corner of emergency staircase.

How do I request pest control?

Pest control is available by contacting the leasing office. Pest control is at most communities on a weekly basis.  Make sure all dirty dishes are washed and all is trash removed from your apartment.

What is an emergency service request?

An emergency service request consists of:

• AC or heat not working

• Water leak

• Flooding

• Electrical outage

• Clogged toilet if only 1 bathroom

What should I do before my move in date?

What is the pet policy?

We accept pets maximum of 2 pets per apartment and breed restrictions apply.  Please contact your leasing office to discuss pet fees and deposits.  We comply with all applicable fair housing laws and guidelines.

When will I receive my first water bill and how do I pay it?

You will receive your first water bill before 5th in every month. Payment must be made to the front desk with your rent.

How is my water bill calculated?

The fee of Each apartment’s water is 5 USD/Month no matter how manygallons of water you use.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept checks, cash, online transfer and credit cards. Credit or debit card and e-check payments can be made online atwww.m-residence-kh.com Fees may apply. Acceptable forms of payment vary be property.
